Linear Transformations
Linear transformation is a mathematical function that maps a vector space into another vector space while preserving the linear structure of the space. In other words, it is a function that takes in a vector and returns another vector, where the output vector is a linear combination of the input vector. Linear transformations are widely used in data science and artificial intelligence for tasks such as dimensionality reduction, feature extraction, and image processing.
