Machine Learning is a subfield of Artificial Intelligence that focuses on the development of algorithms and statistical models that enable computer systems to learn from and make predictions or decisions based on input data, without being explicitly programmed. The goal of Machine Learning is to create intelligent systems that can automatically improve their performance over time, by learning from new data and experiences. Machine Learning algorithms can be broadly categorized into three types: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Supervised learning involves training a model on labeled data, where the correct output is known, to make predictions on new, unseen data. Unsupervised learning involves finding patterns and relationships in unlabeled data, without any prior knowledge of the correct output. Reinforcement learning involves training a model to make decisions based on feedback from the environment, with the goal of maximizing a reward signal.
